I started with making a more in detail and more put together layout that is organised. I did two layouts one for website and one for mobile.
Website layout
On the home page its simple and calming with not too much going on such as the welcome page at the start before doing anything, the newsletter logo that will send you to sign up to hear more from us and the news part of the home page where once you have your Mouse on the image it will show you a short description and then when pressed it will show you more about that topic. There is also an about us page that tells you info about the company and why, goals and staff. a group page and a project page. the group age will show you groups what ae based in hull and what they are, and projects are a goal towards something such as improving hull there is two categories to each page called most popular and new. I also drew a page of a group layout , this will contain info of the group or project with pictures and socials and the last thing that’s needed on every page this will contain a live map with location of where we based , address and postcode also number and email this will be useful for those who have any issues , questions , suggestions and more there is also small details in this such as the small flower next to the logo to show growth as in community
Phone layout
On this layout it’s pretty similar to website as in what I’ve put in I think the only different is more details such as a menu page and a menu icon such as the wave like string logo that once pressed it will stretch out into a straight line and the Humber bridge drawing on the menu page to show where it’s based in hull but I don’t think a lot of people could think its Humber bridge unless someone said because of all the other types of bridges around the world but it’s a nice touch to add. There is also the flower next to the logo as the website layout does, I have moved a few things like the sign up to our newsletter is at the bottom of the page instead of being right at the top. I had forgotten to mention that socials are also linked in contacts in both phone and website layout

An newsletter is a great way to get more people interested , newsletters contain info about new groups or updates and also a great way to promote projects an newsletter sign up can be shown under news that you uploaded and also promoted on the description under the description of the website and such it also can be promoted by putting it on a welcome page and it could be sent to people in emails once they have signed up with a group though us or supporting project to see if they would like to join and hear more from us
-events
Events is a great way to make connections with others and to promote your company and its good for news and updates that could be shown on socials or your website. it’s good to post such like events on your socials so other people can come across and we interested on the next event or share it to others or even liking the post because then more recommendations from that company would be shown on their for you page
-group or project updates
This is a great way of letting people what’s new , what’s changed or what’s improved for others experiences, this will be shown on news , or when you press on the group it will be displace in what’s new at the bottom of the description or it will be shown on socials for those who don’t check the website regularly.
-posters, in person ads
On these posters you want something that will catch the human eye, grabbing attention to something such as an event or group. On these posters you can add the logo, description of who we are, qr code with our contact details, social media, website and our newsletter who want to hear more, this can also make us more well-known for more people to join us and make a bigger community

Using social media is the best way for people to find new companies , groups , events, all of it and its an necessary thing for everyone to have because you can learn something new from it every day such as big events that’s happened and news , posting on social media can gather a lot of new people looking and viewing at what they do , having a range of social media is good to because not everyone has all social media and they can range in a lot of ages such as Instagram and TikTok is runed by more young adults let’s say range 15-30 then Facebook is used by the lot more older generation 45-70 and twitter is around the mixed older ages then younger but because of the huge range of ages in social media it’s good to have an active account on multiple and keep things up to date and regular uploads for it to appear on more peoples recordation’s and pages .
-collabs
Working with other people is also a good bonus as this can give you good reputation with others or working with charity’s is also good to show and its good for events from what money you earn you give a % of that to another company to help others or such, you can also show this on socials and websites to see that other trusted companies trust you and gained good things from it
I have also done some Instagram/ Facebook or snapchat posts I have also used ai for this as a lot of ads and such have the help of ai and it has gained a lot of attention from others I also did a Facebook page and an Instagram page example
