The target audience for this convention is from around 18+ who like tattoos and a creative mindset and are unique in their own way their type of people can go from a massive range I did research from my user profiles on how you can see the big difference of style and personality they have and the difference in tattoo styles and hobbies


The streak holders success goals are for everyone to feel included with the website up to date and the staff and security keeping our clients safe with promotion from who’s attended this event I did make a graph to show what will show what makes the stakeholders more satisfied , a lot of people think tattoo conventions are overwhelming and stressful and although it is a big event with a lot happening we will make sure it’s a calm yet fun environment for our clients , staff and all of the workers in the event.

On the users need I made an mind map pointing out what the users need like disability access , activities and such for everyone to feel included and welcomed I did some user journey maps for different types of clients and the end experience and I also did lots of research from other websites and reddit comments on past and other tattoo conventions to see what we could use for to improve the experiences for our clients I also did some research from other tattoo convention websites to see what we could use to make our website better




I did some personas for the stakeholders to see how they come to life and I have also explained how success will look like within the personas and I also talked about storyboard of what success will be .
